According to a study conducted by the Association of Producers of Herbs
Aromatic Chile, the aromatic herbs dehydrated most popular in the country are the following:

• Oregano Is an herb very popular in chilean cuisine, as it is used to flavor a variety of dishes, such as pastas, pizzas, meats and vegetables.
• Rosemary Is another herb which is widely used in chilean cuisine, as it is used to flavor meat, fish and vegetables.
• Thyme: Is an herb that is used to flavor meats, poultry and vegetables.
• Basil: Is an herb that is used to give flavor to pastas, pizzas and salads.
• Cilantro: Is an herb that is used to give flavor to meats, fish and vegetables.
• Mint: Is an herb that is used to give flavor to drinks, desserts and salads.
• Laurel: this Is an herb that is used to flavor meats, poultry and vegetables.

Fennel, although it is not in this list,  it is very beneficial, it can be used in cooking, cosmetics, and natural medicine to soothe inflammations.

These herbs are popular for their taste, aroma and versatility. They can be used fresh or dried, and are an essential ingredient in many dishes in chile.
